We only use high quality Kentucky Bluegrass and Perennial Rye grass seeds for our seeding applications. A high quality seed is very important for successful germination and health. 

Our premium Kentucky Bluegrass seed blend is designed for the fastest germination and ability to fill in and thicken up your existing lawn. Germination can happen as soon as 5-7 days after planting when conditions are right. There are NO FILLERS in our blend. Only 100% Kentucky Bluegrass and Rye grass. 

We also will be offering a Turf Type Tall Fescue seed blend that has excellent heat resistance and drought tolerance.

Our seed is also proven to resist grub worms and chinch bug that is common in our area. Our blend is also more heat and drought resistant over other seed blends.  Fortify your lawn with our seed blend. 

All new seeding applications include a professional lawn program for the rest of the season!
