MOSQUITO Barrier Treatments
How It Works
A licensed technician will first visit your property and asses your yard. We will determine the mosquito resting areas that need to be treated.
We then will make sure all movable objects are removed from the yard such as toys, dog bowls, and any furniture.
Once the property is ready, we will begin the treatment which will only take 10-20 minutes depending on the size of your property.
You can re-enter the treated area 1 hour after treatment.
We recommend treating your property every 21 days throughout the whole season to keep the mosquito population down.
Synthetic Insecticide
We use a synthetic pyrethroid which will kill the adult mosquitos on contact.
What is a synthetic pyrethroid?
A synthetic pyrethroid is a type of chemical compound that is designed to mimic the natural properties of pyrethrin, which is a natural insecticide derived from the chrysanthemum flower.
The barrier treatment will consist of spraying any trees, shrubs, flower beds, underneath decks, and any bush line.
The adult mosquitos are killed within hours after coming in contact with the pesticide.
